Order Process:

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods subject to these terms. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Options:

• Standard Shipping (A$12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over A$50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Eligibility:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your item(s), provided:

• Item(s) are unused and in original condition
• All original tags are attached
• Item(s) are in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items:

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Baselayers (hygiene reasons)
• Belay Devices & Descenders (safety-critical equipment)
• Avalanche & Snow Safety equipment (safety-critical)
• Arborist Harnesses (safety-critical equipment)
• Ascenders (safety-critical equipment)
• Brushes (hygiene reasons)

Additionally, any item showing signs of use or wear, or products without original packaging/tags cannot be returned.

Return Process:

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Wait for authorization and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Securely package the item(s) in original packaging with all tags and documentation
4. Ship the package to our address: 72 Norton Street, WARRAWEE, AU 2074

Refunds:

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return:

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label.
